Developed and implemented a wide-reaching content strategy that aligned with agency values and supported website modernization efforts. Created audit worksheets, a web style and standards guide, and SEO checklists to accompany the content strategy.

Worked on the content strategy and management for the launch of several DC Government websites. Taught classes for content managers on writing for the web and 508 accessibility. Migrated sites to new content management systems. Managed a team of editors and developers. Used HTML, CSS and Javascript to build pages.
